Please reference these policies and warranties as necessary.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

• Custom Fit Seat Orders
• Cancelled before work beings on the seat will be refunded with a 15% fee
• Cancelled after work begins on the seat will be refunded with a 35% fee
• Cannot be cancelled once the cover has been made
• All orders except Custom Fit Seats
• Are subject to a 15% restocking fee for cancellation before the order ships and 35% after the order has shipped

 

RETURNS:

Custom Fit Seats cannot be returned once shipped.

For all other orders, please call customer service 386-698-4668 ext 3 for return process directions.

 

WARRANTY:

Custom Fit Seats:

All custom fit seats manufactured on or after March 1, 2024 are warranted for the life of the seat against manufacturing defects and for fitment on their designed motorcycle. Normal wear and tear or damage is not covered. 

All custom fit seats manufactured on or before February 29, 2024 are warranted for 1 year for manufacturing defects and fitment. Normal wear and tear or damage is not covered.

Seat heaters are warranted for 1 year from the date of delivery to the customer. Heaters will be replaced 1 time for no charge during the warranty period.

 

All other seats:

All non-custom fitted seats are warranted for 1 year from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or damage is not covered. 

 

All other products:

All other products are warranted by the original manufacturer per their policies. Diamond Motorcycle will do everything possible to assist with any warranty or potential warranty issues.
